A common myth about tailoring is that it’s expensive and time-consuming, but having your clothes professionally altered and repaired is not only a simple effort but it’s also an affordable solution to clothes that need an upgrade. Our tailors work little miracles and can mend or adjust almost anything - to make it perfect, just for you. Because clothes worth wearing are worth repairing.

How to get your item altered? You have 3 options:
1. Visit our stores: we have private fitting rooms and our store consultants will be delighted to help with measurements. For complex requests, you can also schedule an appointment with one of our professional tailors.
2. Use our home pick up and delivery service and include your garment instructions on a note in your bag or when booking online in the dedicated field.3. Send us your item to mend via mail: just enclose our tailoring form with your instructions and we’ll send it straight back to you with signed delivery!

If you are unsure about how your item should be altered or what instructions to provide and would prefer to talk through the options before going anywhere, we are now also offering the possibility to schedule a virtual consultation via Whatsapp. Our Tailors can explain how to pin items or how to take measurements before you schedule a collection & delivery online. FAQ
Our professional tailors can alter and mend a wide range of items, from dresses and suits to more complex pieces such as leather jackets and accessories. You can refer to our Price Guide above for some examples of common clothing alterations - and if what you need is not in the list, feel free to get in touch with our Customer Care and we will confirm if we can proceed with your request.
For our delivery customers, you can pin the garment at home and write instructions about what alterations you would like to be done when processing the collection booking online. If you need to adjust measurements, to re-hem a garment or anything else that requires more specific fittings, you can visit our stores and our Store Manager will be happy to help. Yes, if you are using our Home pick up & Delivery service and would like to receive a quote before we process your order, you can specify it while completing your online booking by adding a comment in your garment instructions. If you’re dropping off your item at one of our stores, your Store Manager will take note of it in our system and the quote will be sent to you prior to processing your item.
You can, but you don’t have to! When using our alterations & repairs service, you can either provide the replacement zip/ button/ patch/ etc. or if you don’t have one, just let us know in the instructions (while booking online or with a note attached to your item) and our tailors will provide a similar replacement.
Absolutely, our Alterations & Repairs can be used with or without cleaning - just let us know in your instructions while processing the online order or by informing our Store Manager. If you don’t need any cleaning, we will simply steam it before delivering it back to you.
Most alterations & repairs can be completed within our usual 3-day turnaround time. If our expert tailors assess that it will take longer, we will contact you and arrange for this item to be delivered back to you (or to the store you visited) at a later date.
